Failed with error Incomplete data from ems during EmsRefresh in CoudForms

Issue

We get the following warnings during the VM inventory refresh for one of our vCenters:

[----] W, [2015-01-19T20:03:26.825534 #25375:9ce884]  WARN -- : MIQ(EmsRefresh.save_vms_inventory) EMS: [test.corp.net], id: [509000000000042] Processing Vm: [vm-1364] failed with error [Incomplete data from EMS]. Skipping Vm.

Like the last message indicates, this causes VMs to stay in the VMDB which have already been deleted from VMware, which causes confusion for our users who cannot determine if a VM has been retired and deleted or not.
