Why addition of product with same name as old deleted product fails on Red Hat Satellite 6?

Issue

1. Why addition of product with same name as old deleted product fails on Red Hat Satellite 6?
   After deleting old product, addition of new product with same name fails with below error on satellite webui.

   Product with name 'XXXXX' already exists in this organization.
   

2. After deleting product from Red Hat Satellite 6 server, why subscriptions of that product still exists on satellite server.
   Satellite webui --> Content --> Red Hat Subscriptions

   # hammer shell
   hammer> product list --organization-id <org-id>                       <-------    Do not show the deleted products.
   
   hammer> subscription list --organization-id <org-id>                <-------    Still shows the subscriptions linked with deleted products.
