Sybase cluster resource agent always fails with "ASEHAagent: Deep probe fail" just after start up

Issue

A few seconds after Sybase resource starts, it fails with the following error :

clurgmgrd: [5940]: <err> ASEHAagent: Deep probe fail. The dataserver has no response.
clurgmgrd: [5940]: <err> ASEHAagent: Deep probe found the ASE server is down.

However, Sybase agent appears to work fine : prior to the message, it is possible to query the service.
