RHEL6 ping ssh and fence_ipmilan fails to connect in an HP Proliant DL380 G7

Issue

• Ping ssh and fence_ipmilan fails to connect for an HP Proliant DL380 G7
• The network switch port and server switch ports have been swapped, and the fault continues.
• ping and ssh fails to connect outside
