Issue while updating kickstart tree with new channel

Issue

• After channel creation of "rhel6-2015r1-tgt" , as a process we normally update the kickstart available trees of this newly created channel("rhel6-2015r1-tgt") to recent version what we created during channel creation.

• Created new channel for rhel 6.6 and updated the kickstart tree to "ks-rhel-x86_64-server-6-6.6" . However while updating this kickstart tree with 6.6, it shows below message.

This kickstart profile uses a different type of encryption by default than the root password is currently using. You must reset the root password to encrypt it with the new method.
