How does one change the Red Hat Portal loginid associated with an active site subscription?

I have a situation where the site subscription has been activated against a particular users Red Hat Portal loginid instead of a generic Red Hat Portal login for that site.

How does one change the Red Hat Portal loginid associated with an actived site subscription?
