A custom rpm file has weird dependency "CREATE"

Issue

• Trying to create a custom rpm. But with the created rpm, can see a dependency on "CREATE" with rpm -qp --requires <rpm filename>.
• The dependency is coming from SQL file in the rpm package. The first line of the SQL file has the CREATE statement.
• The file has executable bit set but there is no '#!' in the first line.
