The "rhui-manager" command fails with error "IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied:" while syncing repositories from Customer Portal.
Issue
- We are getting permission denied for some repositories when we are syncing with Red Hat portal. We are seeing some IO error and permission denied errors on pulp logs and grinder logs.
