Image upload fail from RHOS GUI with "glance-api: HTTPInternalServerError: Failed to upload image 25223016-4c18-4e53-88fa-b0c7dce4ab91" error message in "/var/log/messages" file.

Issue

  • Unable to upload images to glance from RHOS web GUI. Following messages were in /var/log/messages file:
