Why does rhev all of sudden stopped showing utilization and IP statistcs of virtual machines running on a particular hypervisor

Issue

  • After rebooting virtual machines multiple times , RHEV-M stopped displaying guest_info of all the vms running on the host. "ovirt-guest-agent" service status is running on all the vm but no info displayed. If vms migrated to another host in the cluster, The statistics appears again.

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.2 or lower
