sssd does not return group information for some users on RHEL6

Issue

Using sssd to connect ldap servers for user authentication and authorization. when we run id command to not able to find secondary group inforamation of some users and it work for others. if we do query to secondary group using getent group then id we run id command it shows secondary group. Both secondary and primary group information from ldap server not locally.
