How to plan for Disaster Recovery for SOA-P instances running in Production environments?

Solution Unverified - Updated -

Issue

  • As part of Disaster Recover (DR), users normally plan to set up another site with a replica of their current Production server (which has got their SOA-P instances already running) and should enable active-active mode configuration. In such a scenario how to enable active-active mode configuration for the running SOA-P instances for Production environment.

  • What if as part of the Disaster Recovery plans, users keep a replica of their database as well and the new SOA-P servers in Disaster Recovery site will be pointing to the database schema on replica database. So in this case both Production and Disaster Recovery site nodes can not be pointed to the same data base schema.
Thus in such an architecture users can not use cluster set up between Production site and Disaster Recovery site. Is this architecture correct?
