Encrypted Blueprint Property Placeholders

Issue

When using encrypted blueprint property-placeholders, I'm unable to use

xmlns:cm="http://aries.apache.org/blueprint/xmlns/blueprint-cm/v1.0.0"

But have to use

xmlns:ext="http://aries.apache.org/blueprint/xmlns/blueprint-ext/v1.0.0"

to be able to use encrypted properties.

When using the config admin service, properties are not decrypted when used in my blueprint. I have to use the "ext:" namespace instead.
