UDP application over Infiniband does not receive UDP packets
Issue
- Blade 2 and 3 have a Matrix application communicating using UDP. Blade 2 sends a UDP message, blade 3 receives the UDP message as it is logged. Blade 3 application responds but blade 2 application does not recv the message. The Matrix application fences the blade.
