Can Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.5 iso be used in rescue environment for installed Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4 machine?

Issue

• The installed Red Hat Enterprise Linux Servers are at 6.4 but only upgraded package is there kernel to 6.5 level, not all other packages are upgraded.
• In this case, which ISO image can be used to boot the machine into secure rescue mode to troubleshoot the servers in case of any failures?
