Why does my cluster ignore 'pcs cluster stop --all'?

Issue

  • I have a Pacemaker cluster running on RHEL 6.5. When I try to issue cluster wide commands from a single node the commands are ignored.
  • The cluster does not respond to 'pcs cluster stop --all' or similar commands.

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.5 with Pacemaker
