Some nodes never stop and/or pcs shows "status=Timed Out" errors for clvmd or GFS2 resources after 'pcs cluster stop --all' in a RHEL 7 High Availability cluster
Issue
- When I run
pcs cluster stop --all, some nodes never stop - When stopping the entire cluster with
pcs, some nodes hang in stopping andpcs statusshows "Timed Out" errors

Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7 with the High Availability Add On
pcs- 3 or more nodes in the cluster or 2 nodes without
two_nodemode enabled (the latter being unsupported, but affected nonetheless)
