[SASL] After upgrading from RHEL-6.5 to RHEL-6.6, IPA server replication has stopped working

Issue

• After applying latest errata to our IPA test server, replication is failing
• First IPA server error log contains the following entries:

[13/Nov/2014:14:00:02 +0300] - sasl_io_recv failed to decode packet for connection 174
[13/Nov/2014:14:00:06 +0300] - sasl_io_recv failed to decode packet for connection 175
[13/Nov/2014:14:00:10 +0300] - sasl_io_recv failed to decode packet for connection 176
[13/Nov/2014:14:00:14 +0300] - sasl_io_recv failed to decode packet for connection 177
[13/Nov/2014:14:00:19 +0300] - sasl_io_recv failed to decode packet for connection 178
[13/Nov/2014:14:00:23 +0300] - sasl_io_recv failed to decode packet for connection 179
[13/Nov/2014:14:00:28 +0300] - sasl_io_recv failed to decode packet for connection 180

• Second IPA server error log contains the following entries:

[13/Nov/2014:14:00:58 +0300] NSMMReplicationPlugin - agmt="cn=<repl-agreement>" (<server1>:389): Failed to send update operation to consumer (uniqueid ca2a9208-6a4611e4-8835b187-0913662b, CSN 54631ee4000100040000): Can't contact LDAP server. Will retry later.
