Upgrading samba-winbind-3.5.x to samba-winbind-3.6.x when using ldap id mapping

I am using the 'idmap backend = ldap:' and 'idmap alloc' configuration options for storing the SID mapping in ldap on samba-winbind-3.5.x. What changes are needed to upgrade to samba-winbind-3.6.x?
