The mouse cursor is stuck jumping between screens (on a multi-head system with 2 graphics cards)

Issue

• Systems with dual graphics cards periodically seem to have the mouse getting stuck and jumping between two screens.
• The occurrences are random and we have yet to find a way to trigger this problem.
