How to encript more than one password using same `vault`?

How to mask multiple strings using the same vault?
After configuring VAULT in JBOSS, when I invoke vault.sh I got the menu for start interactive session instead of menu for store new password and I have configured the vault with installing the xml block I got, in the standalone.xml file and I managed to use encryption in one of the password, but for now I can't generate new password without configuration all the vault parameters again. Is this default behaviour ?
