Removing and reinstalling the package:- 'spacewalk-setup-jabberd' does not reinstall its dependencies.

spacewalk-setup-jabberdit removed its dependenciesspacewalk-proxy-selinuxandspacewalk-proxy-management. -
On re-installing the package
spacewalk-setup-jabberdit does not install the packages that got removed while removing this package.
