JBoss ON availability duration alert can be triggered if the agent's availability report is delayed
Issue
- false availability duration alerts
- platform is marked down
- get alerts when platform was down for less then availability alert duration period
Environment
- Red Hat JBoss Operations Network (ON) 3.1.2, 3.2
- Alert definition containing an availability duration condition -- Availability Duration [Stays Down For 15m]
- Resource's availability history shows the availability duration was not met
- The agent's availability report marking the end of the availability duration does not get processed or received by the server until after the value configured in the alert's availability duration condition has expired
