Cannot see disk space in VG

Issue

• I tried adding a new volume group to my server and I don't see the free space after adding it.
• Performed the vgcreate and lvcreate. Below is the output of the pvs command:

• VG06 is the vg having the issue. It is a new LUN presented to the server.
