Why does firefox opens an additional tab with RedHat's homepage ?
Issue
- When applying Firefox v24 update Erratum RHSA-2014:0310 to a RedHat Enterprise Linux 6 machine. After logging into the desktop and launching Firefox, it opens an extra tab with the following URL: http://www.redhat.com/en

Examining the desktop's prefs.js file gives no indication of the URL.

Where can we find the details of the configuration file that contains the URL and settings to initiate opening the tab with the above URL.
