Why does `debuginfo-install` command fail to find the `debug-rpm` with the error "Missing separate debuginfos" ?

Issue

• The debuginfo-install command fails to find the debug-rpm with the following error.

"Missing separate debuginfos, use: debuginfo-install binutils-2.20.51.0.2-5.11.el6.x86_64"

• When trying to run the command, the error appears

[root@localhost ~~~]# debuginfo-install binutils-2.20.51.0.2-5.11.el6.x86_64
