kickstart fails on I/O error on Cisco UCS blade
Issue
Installing RHEL 6.5 and getting the following error after storage is scanned: An error was encountered while activating your storage configuration. Input/output error during write on /dev/sdz
This kickstart profile works on other identically configured HW.
Environment
Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6.5
Cisco UCS blade/chassis
Boot from SAN
Copied server profile
