How to replace the DefaultShutdownStrategy for Camel ?

Issue

• As we want to gracefully shutdown camel (without a timeout) we need to change the DefaultShutdownStrategy for the camel context. We have tried to change it with the definition of a bean (as described by camel) http://camel.apache.org/advanced-configuration-of-camelcontext-using-spring.html.

• This should then be picked up at startup of the camel context. This leads to the following exception during startup.
