Bundle 'dependency=true' in features.xml in Fuse

Issue

• In the Karaf features.xml file, it's possible to specify dependency="true" for a bundle in a feature. We have tried to find out exactly what this does, but we haven't been able to get a definitive answer. Is it something you could clarify please? We are really looking for why it would be used, and exactly how it affects the way that the bundle is deployed.

• We are using profiles in a Fabric, if it affects the answer in any way.
