Is there a Service Health Dashboard for RHN and related/similar RH services?

Issue

Customers would like a dashboard so they can be made aware of any service outages, both planned and unplanned. A link on the customer portal would be ideal.
When an outage occurs, a customer could find the status page. This would reduce the amount of cases opened due to outages that can easily be detected via viewing a web page.
