polkitd segfaulted in libpolkit-backend due to an empty cmdline

Issue

• polkitd crashed with signal 11 and reported the following in /var/log/messages:

  kernel: polkitd[2965]: segfault at 1c40000 ip 000000330121c9f4 sp 00007fff3603a3d0 error 4 in libpolkit-backend-1.so.0.0.0[3301200000+3e000]
  

• The polkit daemon crashed and abrt reported:

  [abrt] polkit-0.96-2.el6_0.1: Process /usr/libexec/polkit-1/polkitd was killed by signal 11 (SIGSEGV)
