Fabric8: can't remove a non-running ensemble member from the ensemble

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

The command fabric:ensemble-remove will remove containers which are ensemble members from the ensemble. However, this command cannot be used to remove containers that are not running, but are nevertheless known to be part of the ensemble. Attempting to remove a non-running container results in the following error message:

JBoss-Fuse:admin@root> fabric:ensemble-remove test1 test2
This will change of the zookeeper connection string.
Are you sure want to proceed(yes/no):yes
Error executing command: Can not modify the zookeeper ensemble if all containers are not running.
