[RHEL6] boot from SAN with powerpath is not booting after upgrade kernel

Issue

After upgrade kernel the server with boot from SAN is not booting and show the following message:

Error: File or directory not found.
dracut: Scanning devices sda2 sdadk1 sdadl1 sdadn1 sdog1 sdbb1 sdvx1 sdvy1 sdvz2 for LVM logical Volume.
