allow SFTP but disallow SSH for local user
Issue
- I would like to be able to prohibit an admin user named appadmin from SSHing in directly but would like to be able to transfer files to and from a system using SFTP to avoid having to transfer files as a normal user to /tmp and then moving them once they're on the system as appadmin.

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.5.
