HornetQ slow consumer strategy

• HornetQ only offers the options to switch to paging messages for slow consumers which impacts both the performance of the other consumers, the producer, requires larger resources and so on. We would like an enhancement to be able to abort slow consumers. A similar feature can be found in ActiveMQ¹
