Satellite 6 subscription view doesn't work in Satellite 6 beta

Issue

• Non-admin user tries to access the subscription page to list subscription details. The page fails to load, showing the spinning graphics all the time.
• In the logs a HTTP 500 error can be observed when accessing the subscription page as a non-admin user.
