Mongrel timed out this thread: shutdown while running a report in EVM version 4

Issue

I run a saved report in Manage IQ and when I try to access the report I receive the following message;
Mongrel timed out this thread: shutdown.

I am not able to access the output for the report and EVM goes down for a short period of time.
