openldap replication on RHEL6 not replicating all entries to replica

Issue

We have an n-multi master replication configuration between two RHEL 6.5 servers running the latest available openldap* packages. We have a scenario where there are a number of entries (13 identified so far) which exist on 1 server/master but not the other server/master. A contextCSN ldapsearch query reveals, as expected a difference in value. Replication configuration appears to functioning and these entries were part of the initial data import using slapadd.
