How to communicate with an IP address on a RHEL machine connected to the same physical network (broadcast domain) but a different IP subnet

Issue

  • What I wanted to do is from m4-5 to ping both IPs on m4-8 (3.0.0.11/24 and 2.0.0.11/24).
    After implementing your parameters, I am still ONLY able to ping within 3.0.0.x subnet not to 2.0.0.11/24.
