On Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6, not able to start GUI

Not able to start the GUI. From /var/log/Xorg.0.log, getting following logs:
Fatal server error: [ 74.999] xf86MapVidMem: failed to open /dev/mem (Permission denied) -
selinux is in enforcing mode.
