RHEV UI is extremely slow and Java runs OutOfMemory after upgrade to RHEV 3.4

Issue

• CPU Usage across went from 5% to ~15 to 20% or higher
• The Admin GUI interface is slow, unresponsive, and in many cases hangs outright when clicking on page elements.
• The Admin GUI interface isn’t populating elements in windows when opened, such as edit cluster or Datacenter
• The engine.log is logging java.lang.OutOfMemoryError
