Moving an item on a separate device to the trash with Dolphin moves that item to ~/.local/share/Trash

Issue

When moving a file to the trash with Dolphin from an NFS share or other external device, the file is moved to ~/.local/share/Trash instead of a trash hierarchy on the remote device.
