engine-setup fails when upgrading to 3.4.1 if rhevm-reports-setup and rhevm-dwh-setup aren't already updated
Issue
When running engine-setup the upgrade fails to continue unless the rhevm-reports-setup and rhevm-dwh-setup packages are updated to 3.4.1.
