JON is not collecting metrics for Apache httpd server resource when the Apache SNMP module has not been installed
Issue
- Not showing number of concurrent connections
- Cannot load metrics
- Metric page is empty and reports
No items to show - Agent is not able to collect metrics
Environment
- Red Hat JBoss Operations Network (ON) 3.1, 3.2, 3.3
- Red Hat JBoss Web Server (JWS) Apache httpd management plug-in for JBoss ON
- Apache HTTP Server resource in inventory
- No metrics or
NaNvalues appear on Apache HTTP Server resource monitoring page - The Apache SNMP Module has not been installed in the affected Apache HTTP Server
