Openmotif displays frame size too large

Issue

• With Openmotif 2.3.1-6.el5 frame size is too large
• After having updated Openmotif to 2.3.1-6.el5 from 2.3.1-5.el5, a frame had its size calculated incorrectly.
• A field frame takes too much vertical space on an Environment Display.
• This problem seems to be triggered by openmotif-fix-rhbz583977.patch which is new in openmotif-2.3.1-6.el5. The customer has tested with openmotif-2.3.1-6.test.00583895.1.i386.tgz in which this patch is excluded and the problem was not reproduced with that test package.
• Openmotif displays frame size too large. After updating and counting children on the form it updates and repaints the form. It takes extra space after replacing children
