How can I perform an interactive installation of Red Hat Enterprise Linux from a remote location?

Kickstart can be used to start a graphical installation over vnc. Here is a sample kickstart file to do this using the minimum set of options. This example assumes a CD/DVD-based installation:
cdrom
lang en_US.UTF-8
keyboard us
vnc
interactive
