Issue

• yum update で Curl error (35): SSL connect error for https://cdn.redhat.com/content/dist/rhel8/8/x86_64/baseos/os/repodata/repomd.xml [error:1408F10B:SSL routines:ssl3_get_record:wrong version number] エラーが発生します。

• Yum repolist が以下のエラーで失敗します。
