调整集群大小

使用方法：

openstack coe cluster resize [-h] [--nodes-to-remove <Server UUID>]
                                    [--nodegroup <nodegroup>]
                                    <cluster> node_count

<cluster>

要更新的集群的名称或 uuid

node_count

cluser 所需的节点数。

显示帮助信息并退出

--nodes-to-remove <Server UUID>

要删除节点的服务器 ID。重复添加更多服务器 ID

--nodegroup <nodegroup>

当前集群的 nodegroup 的 name 或 uuid。
