Cloning a production server

Hey there;
I’m starting my new job as a system administrator
My bass told me that they have a prod server running that
Need to be backed up
The server already configured with customized settings
It has RedHat enterprise Linux 6 installed on a local disk with oracle software installed on a raid configured partitions
So I need to create a clone for this server because the pre and post configuration are not available
I tried clonezilla but seems not working
Any suggestions thanks
