is postgis 3.X available from RedHat via a repo

I'm looking for instructions/docs on how to deploy PostGIS 3.X into RHEL 9.4. In this link:

I see "dnf module install postgresql:16/server" to install Postgres 16.

Where can I find the command to "dnf module install postgis:3/blah!" to install PostGIS on the same machine?

Does Red Hat support deployment of PostGIS 3.x via repo supplied from Red Hat?
